Philippines (Domestic)

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - ₱150
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - ₱350
• Free Shipping: Orders over ₱5,000

International

• Standard International: 14-21 business days - $27
• Express International: 5-7 business days - $63
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Nami piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@nami.ph with your order number
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is customer's responsibility)
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nami.ph with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
